Job Responsibilities

As an experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets
• Developing and implementing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Conducting statistical analyses and modeling to predict future outcomes and inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining complex statistical models, including regression, time series, and machine learning algorithms
• Interpreting and communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques, including regression, time series, and machine learning
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Experience working with large datasets and databases, including data warehousing and ETL processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance processes
• Certification in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Base salary: $26 per hour
