- Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, and standard operating procedures to support program operations
- Proactively identify gaps that operational plans and technology can resolve
- Analyze healthcare and application data to track applications and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address internal and external inquiries
- Apply project management processes to address issues as they arise What is Required (Qualifications)
- Masterd degree in business management, public policy, health policy, or related discipline
- Minimum of two years of experience in federal consulting or a client-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working on HHS or CMS projects
- Understanding of federal healthcare programs and policies
- Ability to advocate for technical platforms to enhance analytical processes
- Willingness to take on leadership roles within task streams
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and other relevant software tools
