Outbound Sales Representative (Cold Calling Required | $2K–$35K Deals)
Overview
We are building a small outbound sales team focused on generating and closing deals across two service lines:
- Web & web app development ($2K–$6K, faster closes)
- Strategic business diagnostics for $1M–$10M companies ($15K–$35K)
This is an outbound-heavy role. If you are not comfortable making 20+ calls or outreach attempts daily, this is not a fit.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily outbound (cold calls, follow-ups, outreach)
- Start and manage conversations with business owners
- Set appointments and/or close deals
- Maintain consistent daily activity (volume-driven role)
- Track activity and pipeline

Compensation
Performance-based compensation with strong upside tied to deal size.
- Web deals: $2K–$6K
- Diagnostic deals: $15K–$35K
Higher earnings potential is tied to consistent activity and deal flow.
Requirements
- Experience with cold calling or outbound sales
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining volume
- Self-directed and consistent with daily activity
- Not dependent on micromanagement
