Job Description
- Develop detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for assigned projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information
- Review design documents and flag constructability or cost issues
- Support bid strategies and preconstruction workflows

The Successful Applicant
- Estimating experience in the South Florida construction market
- Exposure to residential groundup and commercial/retail interiors
- Bachelor's degree in a constructionrelated discipline
- Excellent communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with PlanSwift, OST, Procore, or BuildingConnected preferred
