Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Remote Mental Health Clinician Job Type: Part-time - minimum 8 hours per week, flexible scheduling, fee for service Salary: $40-60 per hour. Salary commensurate with experience and licensure status. Job Summary: Pillars for Wellness is dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. We are currently seeking a part-time Therapists to join our growing group practice team of professionals who provide telehealth support to individuals living with mental health issues and coexisting conditions. Our mental health clinicians provide clinical mental health and dual diagnosis disorder treatment to adults and adolescents to support their overall well-being. We’ve expanded our focus to providing couples counseling- an area of great need.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions to guide treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Apply a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to promote healing, recovery, resilience, and wellness.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during urgent situations.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and client progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
• Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and theories
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Practices culturally informed care
