Business Systems Analyst - Dental Application Support

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):  
    • Business Systems Analyst I: $25.50 - $28.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.   
    • Business Systems Analyst II: $58,800 - $68,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.   
    • Business Systems Analyst III: $68,000 - $80,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.   
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide day-to-day production support for Dental applications, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. 
  • Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents. 
  • Document recurring system issues then identify and implement long-term resolutions. 
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. 
  • Track and analyze production support trends, identifying patterns and areas for improvement to reduce recurring incidents. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2–3 years of experience working with the Skygen Enterprise application and other Group Dental systems, with prior experience and/or the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions to support business operations.
  • Dental or other type of Insurance Claims/Service handling experience. 
  • Prior experience working with Mutual of Omaha’s Workplace Solutions systems and business processes. 
  • Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner.  
  • Detail-oriented, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.  

PREFERRED

  • Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience.   
  • Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes.   
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
