MOST Specialist Technologies is seeking talents to join their Technical Support team, focusing on customer service and support for their products. The role involves resolving technical issues, emphasizing strategy, retention, and the continuous success of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo a clientes através dos canais oficiais (e-mail, WhatsApp, telefone e sistema de chamados), garantindo agilidade e qualidade no suporte prestado
  • Diagnosticar, acompanhar e resolver dúvidas, solicitações e problemas relacionados aos nossos serviços
  • Registrar e triar as demandas dos clientes, encaminhando para o setor responsável (N2/N3) quando necessário
  • Atuar em conjunto com equipes internas (Desenvolvimento/Produto) para garantir a resolução efetiva do chamado
  • Manter o registro detalhado das informações e interações, mantendo o histórico atualizado na base de conhecimento
  • Gerenciar atendimentos críticos, entendendo as dificuldades dos nossos clientes e propondo alternativas de soluções alinhadas ao produto e às expectativas envolvidas

Skills

  • Domínio da Língua Portuguesa (verbal e escrita) para atendimento corporativo
  • Conhecimento sólido em informática e lógica de sistemas
  • Utilização de ferramentas de IA Generativa como apoio à produtividade e pesquisa técnica
  • Ensino Superior (cursando ou completo) em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins
  • Experiência comprovada em atendimento multicanal (Chat, E-mail, Telefone/Videoconferência)
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de Service Desk/Help Desk
