[Remote] Field Service Technician (Remote in Cincinnati, OH)

This remote role requires technical expertise and customer service skills to diagnose, repair, and install mailing and shipping equipment within a designated territory around Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi zip‑ ‑code territory within 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
• Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
• Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
• Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
• Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
• Have experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment
