You'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information, orders, and records in our internal systems, while also providing top-notch customer support via email, chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and records in arenaflex's internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner, resolving basic account and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency, providing feedback to enhance workflows, tools, and customer support protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in remote communication and virtual team collaboration, adapting to new software and procedures with ease.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools, with the ability to learn new software and procedures quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory, with familiarity with CRM systems or remote support platforms an advantage.
