Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, both in person and over the phone
• Evaluating customer needs and showcasing our products and services to meet their requirements
• Maintaining a high level of organization, punctuality, and a "can-do" attitude to ensure seamless interactions with clients and internal stakeholders
• Effective communication and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Managing order forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• Meeting company attendance requirements, including flexible hours and punctuality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Computer literacy, with experience using Google Calendar, Spreadsheets, and QuickBooks
• Ability to take direction and follow company policies and procedures
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (as this role may require occasional travel to client sites)
