Job Summary

As an Entry Level Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be the professional representation to our clients, advising them on products, packages, and services we provide. You'll work from home, enjoy a flexible schedule, and have access to state-of-the-art training and technology. With a pre-established client base and pre-set appointments, you'll focus on managing client inquiries, selling packages, and working with our pipeline. Over the next 3-6 months, you'll be mentored into taking on progressive leadership responsibilities, including training, managing others, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Selling packages and working with our pipeline to drive sales growth
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products, packages, and services
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Taking on progressive leadership responsibilities, including training, managing others, and marketing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience required – we offer full training!
  • Strong customer service or people-oriented background (e.g., hospitality, marketing, sales)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong desire to succeed and grow within a large international organization

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer service principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
