RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform work specified on the customer RO with high efficiency and in accordance with #1 Cochran standards
- Test-drive vehicles, use of diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test vehicle components, diagnose issues
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Stay in communications with dealership service advisor/dispatcher/service manager and the customer, to provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident, customer-oriented attitude
- Three years of automotive service technician experience (preferably dealership setting)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance expected
- Ability to work outdoors or in various types of weather
