Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing critical data that supports our operations and customer service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting and updating shipment, inventory, and customer information into arenaflex's internal databases and systems.
  • Verifying data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Reviewing and correcting any data discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely processing of data and smooth operational workflows.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and complying with arenaflex data protection policies.
  • Generating basic reports and summaries from entered data as requested by supervisors.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with an ability to maintain high accuracy and speed.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
