Job Summary
As a Customer Assistant in our Online department, you'll be responsible for selecting and packing orders for our customers. You'll work closely with our technology systems to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. You'll also be trained across various departments, including replenishment and service, to provide support where needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Select and pack orders for customers using our technology systems
- Work with our team to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and adhere to company policies and procedures
