Mission of the Role: Provide support in terms of email scheduling and monitoring of performance statistics, to the List Management team under CRM to drive its revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload email swipe copy into the automation system and schedule email to our Email Service Provider accurately
  • Perform data entry and update daily statistics accurately on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Monitor sales data daily and provide suggestions on how we can increase our revenue
  • Provide suggestions and assist in streamlining operational procedures
  • Support the team in other ad-hoc administrative and analytical duties

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum O’ level
  • No prior experience is required and training will be provided
  • Comfortable working with a large database of numbers
  • Basic knowledge in Excel
  • Highly meticulous
  • Possess a strong willingness to learn and a good work attitude
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as a team

This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:

  • Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed
  • At least 1 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)
  • Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)
  • Webcam
  • Designated Workstation
  • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity
  • Noise-free and conducive environment
