Job Summary:

As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll handle and respond to a high volume of inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat, while maintaining a professional phone presence and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and respond to 75+ inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, and live chat

  • Maintain a professional phone presence, providing excellent customer service
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities and resources as needed
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training seminars
  • Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Continuously challenge yourself to improve and contribute to team success
  • Maintain strong work ethic and consistently demonstrate willingness to learn

Requirements:

* Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant, handling inbound inquiries

  • Previous experience with real estate is a plus
  • Strong phone skills and ability to handle about 75 inbound inquiries daily via phone, email, and live chat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in English over the phone and email
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to learn quickly and contribute effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production, operations, finance, and senior management)
  • Supplementation and fitness industry knowledge/experience is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

* Previous experience with real estate or a related industry

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze opportunities and inefficiencies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week)
  • Starting salary between $4 - $12 per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance
  • A referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they're hired by one of our clients
