The Role

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer support and driving sales for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This includes addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will be the key to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Share sales links and provide discounts to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall support
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and processes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Immediate start with no prior experience required
  • Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere
