Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Personal Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date product information, troubleshooting assistance, and account management support
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adapting to diverse customer needs and providing personalized solutions
  • Utilizing arenaflex's resources effectively to deliver accurate information
  • Embracing continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends

What You'll Be Doing

As a Virtual Personal Customer Support Agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that exceed customer expectations.

Contract Length and Availability

We offer a flexible, contract-based arrangement with no fixed term. As a Virtual Personal Customer Support Agent, you'll be required to work at least 10+ hours per week, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. If you're available to start immediately, we encourage you to apply.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
