About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Design Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our production operations and logistics team, you'll be responsible for creating new items in our system, transferring products between plants, documenting production modifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the needs of our unit. If you're a detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative individual with experience in data entry and administrative tasks, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Design Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating new items in our system that were quoted and created for production to become finished goods products
• Participating in the transfer of items between plants, ensuring accurate and timely movement of products
• Documenting production modifications and solutions by adding comments to the item and updating the arenaflex knowledge library
• Organizing all activities by service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit
• Collaborating with various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in data entry or administrative tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring all items are accurately created, updated, and documented

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• College studies in Administration or Information Technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SAP, Power Automate, and Sharepoint
