Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Staying up-to-date with product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members for resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
