The Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and courteous service. Key Responsibilities

* Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls to understand their needs and provide personalized support

• Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options, ensuring they receive top-tier support and guidance
• Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the virtual team
• Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure exceptional client satisfaction

What You Bring

* You're 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• No previous insurance or customer service experience? That's okay—we train you to succeed in this role
• Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Tech comfort: able to use tools like Zoom, email, and digital tracking systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
