Client Solutions Advisor

CCC Intelligent Solutions is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, empowering businesses with innovative technology. They are seeking a motivated Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships, focusing on client engagement, training, and territory growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
  • Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
  • Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue
  • Guide customers through best practices for using CCC’s electronic parts procurement solution
  • Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements
  • Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory

Skills

  • College Degree Preferred
  • 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
  • Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
