Account Executive

Brown & Brown's Risk Solutions team, formerly Beecher Carlson, is looking for an Account Executive to join the team.

As an Account Executive, you will support the Senior Broker on large accounts and independently lead strategy and service delivery for smaller or less complex clients. The Account Executive oversees day-to-day client service and coordinates junior team members. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide brokerage and product leadership within the account team.
• Oversee daily operations of client insurance programs, ensuring seamless service.
• Analyze client loss exposures and recommend coverage solutions.
• Interpret actuarial data to optimize program structure.
• Prepare and deliver insurance summaries, proposals, and renewal documentation.
• Cultivate client relationships and participate in new business development.
• Leverage internal resources (actuarial, claims, loss control) to maximize client value.
• Maintain required state broker licenses and adhere to company policies.
• May have leadership responsibilities and must be willing to travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• State broker licenses required or eligible.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to lead client and market discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Leadership responsibilities may be required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
