Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will assist with projects and activities for marketing products or services by performing the following duties. We are looking for someone who has an education in marketing, is energetic and who wants to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity
  • Manage internal email lists
  • Coordinate and edit content for web and email
  • Track past and future advertising in our database
  • Assemble and maintain history of all marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in analysis and reporting of key metrics and performance of landing pages, internal email, and social media content
  • Manage paperwork with vendors
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop content optimization strategies for landing pages, social content, and banner ads
  • Collaborate with leadership to launch new promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor industry news and online mentions of company and competitor activity

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies Communications - Exhibit good listening and comprehension. Work Environment - The working conditions of this position include working in a remote fashion and autonomous environment. The environment must be free of distractions and provide a space to conduct business in a confidential manner. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team in a remote environment.
