Job Summary

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and following up with clients who have requested information. Key Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments and follow up with clients who have requested information

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements

* Must be a team player with a strong focus on customer service

  • Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personable and comfortable interacting with clients daily
  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a benefits or insurance-related field

  • Knowledge of benefits administration and insurance products
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
