Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the frontline representative and image of our company. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, and work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to our customers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Must currently reside in Indiana

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
