Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet the needs of our business. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, develop complex queries, and present findings to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Excel + Visual Basic for Applications + Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
