The Role

* Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
* Assisting with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests
* Providing accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
* Resolving complaints and escalating issues when necessary
* Documenting customer interactions thoroughly in our company system

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum age of 18 years
* A high school diploma or equivalent (a degree is not required, but it's a plus)
