Senior Solution Consultant I

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey.

• 4+ years of previous experience working as an implementation delivery consultant or similar type role  

• Client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations  

• Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise  

• Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic  

• Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels  

• Prior experience with SaaS a plus  

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus 

• A chameleon – part Consultant, part Business Analyst, part Project Manager  

• Comfortable not always having all the answers, but know where or how to find them  

• Possess a strong sense of ownership and takes pride in all that you do  

• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities  

• Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations  

• Consult with the client to understand and document their business and content related problems  

• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems  

• Ability to drive scalable solutions with customers and provide thoughtful outcome-driven recommendations

• Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes  

• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs  

• Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary  

• Project manage engagements as needed

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $93,000.00/Yr. - USD $127,900.00/Yr. This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
