[Remote] Billing Specialist - Customer Service (Solventum)

They are seeking a Billing Specialist to provide billing services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide billing services and account reconciliation support for customers and internal personnel
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries, claims, and complaints; interpret policies and resolve issues
- Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with professional, quality, and security standards while performing assigned duties
- Act in a manner consistent with the employer's values and ethical standards
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 year of Billing and/or Accounting experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience
- Billing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- 2 years of PC experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment
- Experience in resolving conflicts effectively and taking initiative to prevent issues
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication and listening abilities
- Experience collaborating in a team environment to identify process improvements
