Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and exceptional service to develop lasting customer relationships
- Support campaigns throughout the customer journey via phone, SMS, and email
- Represent the organization’s values and brand in all interactions
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings including fit, style, and inventory
- Build one-on-one customer engagement through regular communication
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and products
- Resolve customer issues with care, listening actively and providing creative solutions
- Maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to schedules
- Assist with inbound customer inquiries as needed
- Foster a positive, empathetic, and energetic team environment
