Event Specialist (Short Term)

They are seeking an Event Specialist to support the execution of their flagship events, focusing on registration, attendee communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
Responsibilities
- Own registration operations, including platform management, attendee tracking, and data accuracy
- Develop and execute attendee communication plans (pre-event, on-site, and post-event), ensuring timely, clear, and consistent messaging
- Partner cross-functionally to align messaging and attendee experience
- Support end-to-end event execution, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
- Maintain and manage registration lists, segmentation, and reporting insights
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice routing, and reconciliation for event-related expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations
- Contribute to run-of-show planning, timelines, and execution documents
- Support additional event projects as needed
