They are seeking licensed Life Insurance agents who want to build their careers while helping families protect their legacies through mortgage protection and life insurance.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with protecting their legacy and their future through mortgage protection and life insurance
- Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
- Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
- Assist individuals in getting licensed if they are not already licensed
- Teach new sales agents how to talk to people and provide them what they are looking for through the systems built in the Agency
Skills
- Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
- Strong work ethic: You recognize the value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
- High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
