Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Assist individuals and families in gaining access to healthcare services:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access the services they need.

Review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned workload:

Use your analytical skills to review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients:

Deliver top-notch customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bilingual Skills:

Fluency in Spanish (or Creole) required to communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and management.

Customer-Focused:

Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service to meet the needs of clients.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong PC skills with a willingness to learn new applications and systems.

Confidentiality:

Maintain confidentiality of personal health information and adhere to arenaflex's confidentiality policies.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (eligibility experience preferred) to bring valuable knowledge and skills to the role.

Education:

Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
