Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Training Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating New Hire Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the team. This includes creating engaging documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Leading Learning Sessions: Design and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles, using a range of modalities to engage and educate team members. Your expertise will help build a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Quality Audits and Knowledge Checks: Conduct regular audits to identify knowledge gaps and development needs within the team. This will inform the creation of targeted training programs, ensuring team members have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Tracking and Measuring Performance: Analyze new hire performance, attrition, and knowledge gaps to identify areas for improvement. This data will inform the development of training materials and programs, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Implementing New Modalities: Identify and implement innovative training approaches that enhance the customer experience, measured by decreased agent-driven DSATs and increased customer retention.
  • Scheduling and Delivering Continuous Education Sessions: Plan and deliver ongoing team education sessions, ensuring team members stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's customer service standards.
  • Supporting Training Material Creation: Collaborate with the Customer Care organization to develop and improve training materials, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the team and customers.
  • Actively Seeking Skill Development Opportunities: Stay ahead of the curve by seeking out ongoing skill development opportunities, ensuring you remain a subject matter expert in customer service training and Gladly conversation and Customer Care workflow SOPs.

Requirements

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Training Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as education, training and development, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and learning development, with a proven track record of delivering training programs that drive results.
  • Experience Delivering Training: Proven experience delivering training to peers, hourly team members, and senior management, both individually and in groups.
  • Proficiency in Computer Usage: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to Work Different Shifts: Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, ensuring you're available to support the team and deliver training sessions.
  • Balance and Prioritize Multiple Tasks: Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring you meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
