Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families who have signed up for our supplemental benefits. Your primary objective will be to explain the options available, help them select the best plan to fit their needs, and establish a strong relationship with our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to think like an entrepreneur and take initiative to drive results
  • Proficient in using technology, including Zoom and other communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with supplemental benefits and their applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
