Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
- Splicing and waterproofing coverings to maintain the integrity of our network
- Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities to ensure optimal service performance
- Climbing ladders and poles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions to access and maintain our infrastructure
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid state driver's license
- A non-negligent driving record
- To meet the 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
- The ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
- The ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
- To qualify on pre-employment screening: Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMT III)
What You'll Need
As a Limited Term Customer Services Specialist, you will be required to:
- Work 40 weekly hours
- Hold a temporary (fixed term) position
- Be based in Kalamazoo, Michigan
