Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (Growth) to manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities. As a key member of our US operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using our platform. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic SaaS environment, you will:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using our platform, and providing timely support to address any questions or concerns.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans, encourage adoption, and deliver product best practices to ensure customers get the most out of our platform.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources to drive customer adoption and retention.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes, driving collaboration and alignment across departments.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and customer success metrics, including retention rates, customer lifetime value, and churn rates.
  • Experience in a growth-stage company, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
