Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Travel Representative, you'll play a vital role in crafting personalized travel experiences for our clients and employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

Travel Arrangement:

Book flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation options, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing travel documents and itineraries.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service.

Itinerary Management:

Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, collaborate with vendors, and prepare quotes, itineraries, and invoices for client review and approval.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is advantageous, but not required.

Strong Organizational Skills:

The ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent Communication Skills:
