Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner, and collaborating with remote team members to deliver consistent, quality service aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, or email, assisting with flight inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel information

  • Efficiently manage data entry tasks, including updating customer records, managing bookings, and handling sensitive information with care
  • Handle incoming requests from passengers, providing guidance on travel policies, baggage information, and other inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with remote team members and supervisors to deliver consistent, quality service aligned with arenaflex's brand standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or a related field are a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and a distraction-free workspace
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as arenaflex operates 24/7
