Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Back Office/Data Entry Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
- Re-enter data in verification format to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
- Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Utilize MS Office and data programs to perform tasks efficiently
- Maintain high levels of typing speed and accuracy
- Ensure excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Back Office/Data Entry role
- Strong understanding of MS Office and data programs
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
