About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to arenaflex clients through various communication channels, including phone and chat. As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information, all while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies, making recommendations and providing solutions to customers
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our proprietary database to document all customer communications
- Collaborating with internal teams, including quality and training, to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to performance expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, with a minimum of 40 GB available hard drive space and 8 GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 45 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
