Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk II to join our team, responsible for accurately entering data into our licensing database, identifying and correcting errors, and performing other duties as assigned by our supervisor. Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within our licensing database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Identify and correct errors, maintaining the integrity of our database and ensuring the quality of our data
• Perform other duties as assigned by our supervisor, including data analysis, research, and reporting
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data entry and management processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in music licensing and data management

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or related office experience

• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Familiarity with music licensing is a plus, but not required
• Proficient touch typing skills (at least 60 words per minute)
• Excellent command of English, with a strong understanding of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure/deadlines
