Key Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Data Entry/File Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with file management, including sorting, labeling, and organizing physical and digital files
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues with data to the appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures
  • Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or file clerical work is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing and 10-key data entry speed and accuracy
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer
