If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated diallerSpeak with new, existing, and previous customersRecommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technologyAchieve daily sales targets (7–10 sales per day)Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales processWhat We’re Looking ForA minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individualsAbility to work independently in a home-based environmentA quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connectionWhat’s on Offer£24,500 basic salaryOn-target earnings between £30,000–£33,000 (top performers exceed this)Monday–Friday working pattern (no weekends, occasional Bank Holidays)33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)Structured training and regular coachingAll IT equipment providedClear development and progression opportunities
