Call Center Responsibilities
As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and consistent information to customers
- Delivering quality customer service and support
- Assisting with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Call Center Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
- Detail-oriented and fast learner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Healthcare or Human Services industry experience preferred
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred
