Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services and policies. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a customer service or patient advocacy role

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in medical terminology, coding, or a related field
  • Experience with patient engagement and education initiatives
