Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist with Italian and English, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support and resolving queries via phone calls and e-mails. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls and e-mails in Italian and English

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Very good command of spoken Italian (C1) and English (at least level B2)

  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Adaptability to changes in products, processes, and technology
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
