Job Summary
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, and chat - Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
