Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Enjoy complimentary meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Ambassador, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greet every customer warmly and ensure a high level of hospitality.
  • Support team members by ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Communicate customer feedback and concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain current marketing, wellness, and culinary programs.
  • Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
  • Share best practices and recognize the efforts of co-workers.
  • Advocate for effective selling techniques and assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Ensure that display foods are attractively presented and served according to standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team collaboration
  • Ability to understand and communicate daily menu items effectively
  • Knowledge of effective selling techniques
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

* Previous experience in events is preferred but not mandatory
